Must-Have: CT Tech Certification required

Description: CT Tech certification is required. This position follows a 7 ON 7 OFF schedule, with shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The first 7-day rotation will begin on October 8th. Availability to work on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day is required during the rotation. The average daily patient census is 15. Patient population includes neonates to geriatrics. Scrub color is any. No pre-approved time off is allowed. Special procedures and equipment include GE, Philips, Siemens, and Toshiba. Required skills include working with various body systems such as abdomen, chest, head and neck, spine, and musculoskeletal areas. Candidates must have experience in CT and general X-ray skills. Age-specific competency is required for neonates and older adults. Additional skills include 3D rendering, multicortical reconstruction, and preparation and administration of contrast media. Clienttion safety knowledge is also important.
