A Quality Facility Services has provided contract janitorial services and floor/carpet care since 2003. At AQFS we pride ourselves on our culture and accountability for both good and bad behavior. Hard working employees will be rewarded with incentives and advancement order to continue providing the highest level of customer satisfaction we are looking for dedicated employees who take pride in their work.
Job Purpose:
Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building
Duties
- Clean and polish (fixtures surfaces and trim)
- Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms hallways lobbies lounges restrooms corridors elevators stairways cafeterias locker rooms and other areas)
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors
- May potentially buff floors in some facilities
- Clean rugs and mats
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Wash walls ceilings woodwork windows door panels and sills
- Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- MUST be able to pass background check
