Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid, unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document per regulatory requirements.
• New graduates welcome; clinical experience or internship experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
