Required Duties Include handling heavy inbound and outbound calls, follow-up calls and a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer! Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule Service appointments Make outbound calls to schedule Service appointments Log all customer comments and leave detailed notes in the CRM Schedule follow up contact for each customer Confirm scheduled appointments Reschedule no show or canceled appointments Follow up with sales as needed to ensure appointments are marked correctly Keep accurate, complete, and up to date information for all customers in the CRM Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives Respond to customer website requests daily Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor Meet or exceed monthly goals! What You'll Need... High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience in the automotive or customer service fields is highly preferable Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential or current customer Ability to communicate, read, write and speak English fluently Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks Proficient use of computers/business machines
