Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Receptionist to join our busy corporate office in Wheeling, WV.

Our Receptionist is often the first point of contact for our customers, employees, vendors, and business partners. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct multi-line telephone calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette
• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors
• Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets and company systems
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, filing, and general office duties
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, managers, and vendors
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Assist with the day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in construction, cleaning, restoration, or another service-related industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong telephone and customer service skills
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office and spreadsheet skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
