Healthcare Call Center Specialist

The Clinic @ Central Oklahoma Family Medical Center is seeking a Call Center Representative to manage large volumes of inbound calls, schedule patient appointments, and forward notes to nurses. You will triage calls to appropriate disciplines while upholding patient confidentiality and clinic policies.
