Regional Director Of Clinical OperationsAdviniaCare is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of multiple facilities in Rhode Island, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents and patients. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide oversight and mentoring to facility Directors of NursingConduct routine clinical audits and ensure survey preparednessTravel between facilities in Rhode IslandManage daily tasks, prioritize patient flow, and ensure smooth admissions and dischargesTroubleshoot care issues, manage difficult family situations, and implement new policiesProvide in-service education as neededCollaborate with the executive team to develop and implement policies and proceduresExpectations:Flexibility within job assignments and willingness to perform director care to patientsAdministrative coverage as needed, including Director of Nursing coverage if vacancyEducation of staff regarding policies and procedures as neededWorking knowledge of Point Click Care and ability to bend, ambulate, and liftQualifications:Active RN license in good standing in the state of Rhode IslandAssociates or Bachelors degree acceptedCPR/BLS CertifiedMinimum of 3 years in skilled nursing management/long term careCurrent experience and working knowledge of Point Click CareKnowledge of infection control practicesSalary: $140,000 - $150,000 annuallyIf you are a motivated and experienced healthcare professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
