Property & Casualty Sales/Service Agent

This position receives a bonus each month for productivity. We provide our new Service Representatives with ongoing training and support on their path to success so they can best serve our customers!

Responsibilities

Meet performancegoalsas established.
Solicits warm leads for new business.
Develop insurancequotes and finalize policies.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
Make changes to policies and advise on coverages
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

NC Property Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options.
Sales or Service experience is a plus.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish beneficial, but not required
