MLR is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Surgical Scrub Technician to join our surgical team. In this critical role, you will maintain a sterile environment, assist surgeons during operations, and ensure patient safety and well-being. Working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care in the operating room.

Surgical Scrub Tech Qualifications:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
• High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred.
• Previous experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech or in an operating room setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and surgical procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
