HeiTech Services is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and customer-focused Site Operations Manager to oversee daily contract operations supporting the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Kansas City Regional Office (KCRO).

The Site Operations Manager will serve as the primary on-site leader responsible for managing personnel and ensuring efficient delivery of Copy Center, Office Supply, Switchboard/Help Desk, Building Services, inventory/asset management, customer support, and administrative operations. This position will also serve as the primary liaison between FDIC Technical Monitors, contract personnel, vendors, and HeiTech leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and supervise assigned contract personnel.
• Develop staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage and uninterrupted service delivery.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for FDIC Technical Monitors, vendors, customers, and HeiTech leadership.
• Oversee Copy Center operations, including document production, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and workflow.
• Manage office supply operations, including receiving, stocking, ordering, inventory control, replenishment, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee Switchboard, Help Desk, customer service, conference room support, and service requests.
• Coordinate building services, work orders, furniture/equipment moves, workspace requests, and vendor services.
• Maintain accurate inventories of equipment, furniture, supplies, and other operational assets.
• Track service requests, performance metrics, equipment usage, and operational activity.
• Prepare required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, FDIC policies, security procedures, safety standards, and service-level requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Train, coach, cross-train, and support assigned personnel while promoting accountability and excellent customer service.

Required 

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-functional office operations, administrative services, facilities support, logistics, inventory management, customer service operations, or a closely related function.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Experience managing work orders, service requests, operational workflows, and customer support functions.

Experience with inventory tracking, reporting, or service management systems.

Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computerized tracking/database systems.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred 

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Logistics, or related field.

Federal government contracting experience.

Experience with contract compliance, performance metrics, and service-level requirements.

Experience managing Copy Center, Supply Room, Help Desk, Mail, or Facilities Support operations.

PMP or related operational management certification.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday and regularly bend, stoop, and reach.

Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.

Ability to move office supplies, paper, furniture components, and equipment throughout the facility.
