Computer Technician I

Technology Support SpecialistProvide Tier I technical support for all Technology systems at a campus or district wide. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required, college preferred. A+ certification or equivalent certification preferred. Must pass Clear Creek ISD Drug and Alcohol Abuse Standards. Must pass criminal history and MVR driving record check as required by Clear Creek ISD.Special Knowledge/SkillsEffective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills. Ability to provide technical support to an assigned campus, location and PreK-12 community Ability to understand operation of district standard equipment. Ability to read, follow, and interpret software and hardware manuals. Working knowledge of implementing and maintaining software/hardware technologies. Working knowledge of network configurations, topologies, and installation. Ability to properly diagnose and repair enterprise technology equipment.
