Senior Workday Payroll Analyst – Payroll Operations & Compliance- 1612 Culver City, United States | Posted on 05/13/2026 Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite) Duration: 6 Months Rate Range: Upto $80/hr on W2 Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT Must Have: Multi-state payroll processing and compliance Payroll audits, reconciliations, and GL validation Payroll tax regulations and wage and hour compliance Advanced Excel (large dataset analysis) Responsibilities: Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, and validation of payroll, tax, and GL data Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Support SOX and external audits with required documentation Drive payroll process improvements and automation initiatives Support system configuration, testing, and integrations across payroll platforms Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, and Legal on payroll-related initiatives Prepare payroll reports, analyze variances, and present insights to leadership Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years payroll experience in large, multi-state environment Strong experience with payroll systems and integrations Deep understanding of payroll compliance and internal controls Experience analyzing large datasets and resolving discrepancies Nice to Have: CPP certification Experience with international payroll Exposure to union or labor agreement payroll rules #J-18808-Ljbffr
