Corewell Health - 18101 Oakwood Boulevard - Responsibilities: Under the supervision of a Registered Respiratory Therapist, provide care to patients with acute and chronic illness by administering various therapeutic modalities and reinforcing the patient care plan; Follow the patient care plan as developed by the respiratory therapist, adhering to protocols for delivery of medication and oxygen setups/titration; Set up and monitor patients placed on non-invasive ventilation (depending on site); Equipment processing, including high level disinfection of reusable supplies, oxygen tank maintenance, replenishing of par levels as needed; Perform chart review for verification of orders; provide electronic documentation; reinforce patient and family education
