You will meet with clients through telehealth, complete clinical assessments, guide treatment conversations, and help clients build healthier patterns in their daily lives.The role is direct, steady, and clinically focused. You will spend your time providing therapy, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting clients with care that is thoughtful, professional, and grounded in sound therapeutic practice.ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients located in North CarolinaWork with couples and families on communication issues, trust concerns, conflict, parenting, and relational stressProvide individual therapy when concerns are connected to family history, relationships, or life circumstancesComplete clinical intakes, progress notes, updates, and other required documentationUse evidence-informed approaches appropriate to marriage and family therapyIdentify safety concerns and follow proper protocols for risk assessment and escalationHelp clients set realistic treatment goals and review progress throughout careMaintain client confidentiality across all virtual communication and documentation systems
