Marks & Harrison is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join the team in our Charlottesville, VA office. We are also able to accommodate candidates who would prefer to be based in our offices located in Staunton, Harrisonburg, and potentially even Richmond. *You must be actively licensed to practice law in Virginia in order to be considered for this position.*

An _ideal _candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

* A license to practice law in Virginia
* 1-3 years’ litigation experience in personal injury
* Proficient command of English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
* Comfort learning and using case management software
* The desire to connect with clients
* The ability to work as a member of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
