Customer Service Lead

About the Role As a Customer Service Lead at GO Car Wash, you will step into a lead role, serving as the manager on duty when higher‑level management is not present. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive sales, and ensure compliance with GO Car Wash policies and procedures. Responsibilities Open and close the car wash following standard operating procedures. Greet customers warmly and use sales scripts to drive membership sales. Guide vehicles safely into the wash and explain the process to customers. Maintain site cleanliness and functionality to deliver a superior experience. Address customer issues and, when necessary, elevate concerns to leadership to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assist with coaching teammates, ensuring adherence to safety standards and sales scripts. Qualifications Positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for sales and leadership. Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with customers. Capacity to handle site operations and resolve issues independently. Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role. Energy and stamina to stand, move, and engage with customers and teammates for extended periods. At least 16 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and previous customer service or sales experience preferred. Ability to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for long periods. Compensation Customer Service Leads earn an average of $19.50 per hour, which includes base pay of $17.50 per hour plus an average of $2.00 per hour in commission for membership sales.
