About the Role (Job Summary)

We're seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Operations Supervisorat our 475,000 square ft. distribution center in Bartlett, IL. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a team of warehouse associateson our Vas/QA team. Thisposition will beaccountable for delivering top-notch service to our customers while inspiring, motivating, and developing team members to achieve daily performance standards and metrics.

Schedule: This role's hours will be 12pm-8:30pm, Monday - Friday, or until the work is done.

Salary: 70-72K

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Basic Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational tasks.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Position is based in-office with occasional travel to other locations as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as business needs dictate.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$63,200 - $105,300
