Maintenance SupervisorThe community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents.This position participates in on-call emergency for evening, weekends, and holidays, and pays a premium rate of pay for each call out. Pay for this position is $26.44 per hour.Primary duties include, but are not limited to:Perform preventive maintenanceDiagnose mechanical problemsAssemble, install and repair wiring, electrical or electronic componentsAssemble pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipmentUse tools ranging from common hand and power tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drill, and wrenches) to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devicesComplete work ordersOrder parts as necessaryRecording type and cost of repair workQualifications necessary for success:HVAC/EPA CertifiedAbility to adhere to work safety programAbility to perform all duties including but not limited to lifting, climbing, standing, bending, loading, unloading, and working outdoors in inclement weatherAre you mechanically inclined, reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn?
