The shift schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts weekly. Call is required, with expectations of 48-60 hours every four-week period. Weekend call is also required. Staff have the option to sign up for call on their day off or on working days, although call will likely not last the entire shift. If coverage is needed due to staff calling out, discussions will be had with on-call staff to allow them to leave early for rest. On-call rooms are available for staff when on call. Candidates must possess strong experience in Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, and Robotics. A valid GA or compact nursing license must be held before starting the position. This position is not open to local travelers within a 50-mile radius.
