Assistant Closing Manager

BJ's Wholesale Club

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Closing Manager to support nightly operations in our wholesale club. In this full-time role, you’ll help lead front-end and floor teams, ensure accurate cash handling, oversee closing procedures, and maintain merchandising and safety standards. You’ll coach team members, resolve member issues, and verify store readiness for the next business day. Ideal candidates bring retail or wholesale experience, strong organization, and leadership in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth across club and corporate roles.
