Your leadership directly impacts production performance and your long-term growth.As our Production Supervisor, you will help drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals while working closely with the Value Stream Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain clear communication with employees and foster a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
