The Graphic Designer supports Berkadia’s Boston Investment Sales team by creating high-quality marketing materials and helping manage projects from concept through completion. This role designs offering memorandums, pitch materials, proposals, presentations, and other print collateral that support institutional and privately held real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is a skilled visual storyteller and project partner who can translate broker, analyst, and client input into compelling, brand-aligned design deliverables while managing timelines, feedback, quality control, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following. Design, create, and update investment sales marketing materials, including offering memorandums, proposals, pitch presentations, brochures, flyers, maps, aerials, floor plans, and other print collateral. Translate written, numerical, market, and property data into clear visual assets, including charts, infographics, maps, presentation graphics, and other materials that support broker and client storytelling. Partner with Producers, Analysts, and other internal teams to understand project goals, present design concepts, gather feedback, manage expectations, and revise materials through final delivery. Maintain Berkadia brand standards while using typography, photography, color, layout, and other design elements to create polished, accurate, and visually compelling deliverables. Manage multiple concurrent design and production projects from intake through completion, tracking timelines, priorities, approvals, deliverables, and distribution to ensure accurate and timely execution. Utilize Berkadia tools to coordinate listing launch support for assigned Boston Investment Sales advisors, including gathering source materials, managing production requests, tracking deal status, and maintaining accurate project information through close. Coordinate with Research, Email Marketing, Digital Design, Global Production Operations, and other support teams to request, track, and complete content needed for production materials. Proofread production materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free client delivery. Stay current on internal tools, systems, processes, and design resources to support efficient project execution and consistent adoption of team workflows. Other duties as assigned.
