Location: Savannah, GA (in-center) Salary: $87,000-$105,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available: Up to $10K for a limited time Schedule: Monday thru Friday. What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development About Us At The Treetop ABA, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. The Role We are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a hybrid position. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.
