Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients, doctors, and caseworkers Receive incoming referrals and verify eligibility for services Support communication with 2-1-1, Maximus, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) Assist with home visits and help clients feel comfortable with required documentation Manage high call volumes and conduct timely follow-ups Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required Experience with insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial services Basic understanding of managed care organizations Previous professional work experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume calls and multitask effectively Flexibility to work overtime as needed Bilingual in English and Spanish required Preferred Associate degree 12 years of experience in a healthcare office setting Job Type Full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Overtime as needed Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave
