Responsibilities In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates Contributions to the Team Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projects Problem‑solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery Strong relationship with mid and senior level client stakeholders Strong leadership abilities to foster team performance and growth Commitment to cultivating a culture of learning and innovation Required Skill And Experience Audit and Compliance IT Operations Delivery Risk Assessment and Treatment AWS / AWS Security tools SIEM and Log Aggregation products Vulnerability Assessment and Audits like PCI, SoC Design and Implementation of Security Policies and Procedures Preferred Skill And Experience Good to have experience in liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company‑wide operational alignment Good to have exposure to rolling out programs to increase the efficiency of the team by owning the end‑to‑end service delivery for Good to have experience in marquee customers and key point of contact for all escalations, increasing customer satisfaction Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
