Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN/LVN Long Term Care/SNFActive Maine LPN license or applicable Compact license required. Recent LPN experience required; LTC/SNF experience preferred. Experience with medication administration, resident assessments, treatments, and clinical documentation. Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize and report changes in patient/resident condition. Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations preferred. Strong communication, time management, patient safety, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills. Must be available to work 12-hour night shifts (5:00 PM–5:15 AM). Must be available to start ASAP, within 2 weeks of offer or sooner. Must be available for a 13-week assignment.
