The Licensed Insurance Sales Producer plays a crucial role in driving new business development by proactively prospecting clients and providing expert consultation on insurance policies. As part of a dedicated sales team reporting to the sales manager, this role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure customer retention and regulatory compliance. Sales targets and performance reviews are conducted weekly, emphasizing a results-driven approach without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads to expand the client base
• Consult with customers to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in policy sales
• Manage and maintain client accounts for long-term retention
• Report sales activities and performance metrics regularly
• Collaborate with the sales team under the guidance of the sales manager
• Focus on new business development to meet weekly sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state insurance license
• Strong skills in insurance sales and customer relationship management
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and insurance products
• Excellent time management skills
