Outreach Specialist

As an Outreach Specialist , you'll work directly in rural communities, helping eligible individuals connect with free wireless service through the Lifeline Program. Every day brings a new location, new customers, and new opportunities to succeed. What You'll Do Represent Easy Wireless at community outreach locations throughout your assigned territory. Engage prospective customers and explain available Lifeline services. Qualify applicants and complete electronic enrollments. Activate devices and assist new customers with basic setup. Set up and maintain professional outreach locations using company-provided equipment. Build relationships within the communities you serve. Meet and maintain established performance standards while providing outstanding customer service.
