Bonus Potential: Up to $8,000 annually

Travel: Quarterly travel to Minnesota locations (Eden Prairie & Glencoe)

What You'll Do:

This is not a back-office HR role.

You'll serve as the primary HR partner for our West Lafayette operation while supporting leaders across multiple locations and functions.

You'll spend much of your time:

✅ Coaching and influencing managers

✅ Navigating employee relations and workplace issues

✅ Leading performance management conversations

✅ Driving engagement, retention, and culture initiatives

✅ Supporting organizational change and growth

✅ Recruiting top talent across functions

✅ Partnering with leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies

✅ Leading investigations and ensuring employment law compliance

✅ Delivering leadership training and development initiatives

This role is approximately 40% focused on manager coaching, employee relations, performance management, and leadership support.

Why This Role Is Different

•    West Lafayette Operations (~150 employees)

•    Minnesota Operations (~60 employees)

•    IT & Finance functions (~50 employees)

•    Advisory support for our New Zealand site

You'll be a key member of the HR team with the opportunity to influence leaders, improve processes, and directly impact employee experience across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Required:

•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

•    5+ years of progressive HR experience

•    Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or other business functions

•    Strong employee relations and manager coaching expertise

•    Recruiting and talent acquisition experience

•    Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance

•    Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority

Preferred:

•    Experience supporting organizational change or post-acquisition integration

•    HR analytics and HRIS experience
