Business Development Manager – Data Centers Shape your future at IEWC! We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager to lead growth within the data center industry. This is not an account‑management role. We need someone with grit, strong industry relationships, and a track record of creating opportunities and winning business. Our ideal candidate understands the data center ecosystem, knows the key players, and can build relationships from the executive level to the field. This person must be strategic enough to identify opportunities, transactional enough to get deals done, and driven enough to consistently create new business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on expanding IEWC's presence within the data center market. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with owners, operators, contractors, engineers, consultants, and channel partners. Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors and create immediate opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers at all levels of customer organizations. Develop account plans and growth strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and market share. Create and manage a robust sales pipeline through Salesforce and the IEWC sales process. Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and supplier partners to deliver solutions that create value for customers. Understand customer challenges and develop solutions that differentiate IEWC from the competition. Increase opportunity win rates, grow average deal size, and shorten sales cycles. Represent IEWC at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic business engagements. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the data center industry. Qualifications 2+ years of business development, sales, or account growth experience within the data center industry. Established network of contacts across data center owners, operators, contractors, consultants, and related stakeholders. Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals. Strong relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to think critically, solve complex business challenges, and execute growth strategies. Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other business applications. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
