Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using secure video platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for open dialogue. \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to effectively address clients' concerns, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches. \n
- Provide a compassionate space for clients to discuss their challenges, while offering practical coping strategies and therapeutic guidance to help them navigate their mental health issues. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records documenting client progress, treatment adjustments, and collaborative care plans. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals, to ensure comprehensive client support. \n
- Commit to continuous professional development by staying informed on current research, emerging therapies, and best practices in mental health care. \n
Our diverse clientele ranges from children and adolescents experiencing behavioral challenges to adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. \n
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting, providing services to children, adolescents, and adults. \n

- Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with online therapeutic platforms and tools. \n
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for clients of all ages, co-occurring mental health disorders, and crisis intervention techniques. \n
- Experience working with a diverse clientele, demonstrating understanding and sensitivity to various cultural backgrounds and experiences. \n
- Preferred professional certifications such as DBT, CCTP, Military and Trauma Certification, or other relevant additional licenses, although these are not mandatory. \n

- Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 per year based on your caseload and experience. \n
