Funciones Principales del Puesto Brindar apoyo diario de limpieza en las áreas de alto tráfico del edificio designadas por el supervisor. Abastecer los baños con papel higiénico, toallas de papel, Kleenex y jabón. Barrer, aspirar, limpiar y trapear áreas de almacenamiento, pasillos, baños, elevadores, etc. Quitar el polvo de muebles, paredes y equipos, lo que incluye mover y reorganizar muebles. Limpiar ventanas, divisiones de vidrio y espejos utilizando limpiadores, esponjas y jaladores. Asegurar que los suministros de limpieza se mantengan en un área segura y protegida en todo momento. Completar el proceso de limpieza estandarizado de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa. Seguir los procedimientos para el uso de productos químicos de limpieza y equipos eléctricos. Asistir a todas las reuniones regulares del personal y a las sesiones de capacitación obligatorias. Seguir rutinas y estándares básicos de trabajo en la ejecución de sus funciones. Utilizar los procedimientos existentes para resolver problemas sencillos, con oportunidades limitadas para ejercer criterio propio. Educación, Experiencia y Certificación REQUERIDO: Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente. REQUERIDO: Dos (2) años de experiencia laboral relacionada. Condiciones de Trabajo Exposición ocasional a elementos como calor, frío, ruido, polvo, suciedad, productos químicos, entre otros. Conocimientos, Habilidades y Capacidades Capacidad para realizar tareas físicamente exigentes, incluyendo agacharse, estar de pie, caminar, subir escaleras, levantar (hasta 50 libras) y mover muebles. Capacidad para seguir rutinas básicas de trabajo. Habilidad para comunicarse eficazmente. Fuertes habilidades organizativas con una mentalidad inquisitiva. Capacidad para completar eficientemente las tareas asignadas dentro de los plazos establecidos. Persona confiable y responsable, capaz de trabajar de manera independiente o como parte de un equipo.
