Join us on this shared journey toward a brighter tomorrow.JOB PURPOSEKEY RESPONSIBILITIESWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:University degree.Experience in production control & logistics would be a plus.Ability to develop good working relationships with suppliers & colleagues.Ability to follow & improve standard processes.Problem solving skills.English – medium (mandatory); other languages would be a plus.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:Configure correct parameters in SAP system as per the guideline to provide adequate line coverage.Carry out weekly checks to ensure schedules are correct before transmission & make corrections if required.Release the transport order for each loading done from the suppliers.Prepare the weekly report about the components’ constraints.Work with suppliers & carriers to ensure that they understand the PHINIA requirements and deliver accordingly.Follow the SOTD (supplier on time delivery) improvement guidelines & ensure ASNs (advance shipment notice) are being sent.Prepare & participate in the escalation meetings with suppliers.Use Trucks App to plan the unloading.Assure that monthly & yearly inventory targets are met when managing the supply chain.Analyze and anticipate the eventually shortages caused by the lack of deliveries from suppliers.Forecast the transport costs & support the implementation of the optimize projects.Manage the BOM (Bill of Material) changes and not create obsolete material stock.BENEFITS:Premium medical package.13th Salary.Skills development training (languages, technical, soft).Meal tickets.Gift tickets.Free company bus transport.Bookster, different events for employees.WHAT WE OFFERWe provide compensation and benefits programs intended to attract, motivate, reward, and retain an incredibly talented, globally diverse workforce at all levels within our organization.
