Surgical Services RN - 13 Week Contract

Schedule

4x10 Hour Shifts (Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 17:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Services RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including C-section and orthopedic familiarity. This position requires circulating and PACU experience. The RN will work in a short-term acute care facility with a total of 104 staffed beds, providing essential surgical services to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Circulate as needed in the operating room and provide post-anesthesia care in the PACU.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Meet minimum call requirement of one weekend per month.
• Float within scope as necessary to accommodate facility needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of surgical nursing experience.
• Must have active ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications.
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius.
• Experience with the Meditech charting system is required.
