Part Time Call Center Representative

Overview Sound Telecom is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Call Center Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. In this vital role, you\'ll provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our diverse client base, which spans medical offices, apartment complexes, and various professional services. Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage a high volume of incoming calls with a consistently polite and pleasant demeanor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately gathering and relaying essential information, ensuring all message details are thorough and precise. You will be expected to meticulously enter data into our systems, providing our clients with peace of mind that their needs are being effectively documented and communicated to the right teams. Qualifications A welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone. Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar. Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment. Ability to type 35 words per minute or more. Excellent attendance record. Availability to work one weekend day. No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success. Compensation Earn a premium rate of 21/hour by maintaining perfect attendance. This includes punctuality at the shift start, timely returns from breaks, and full shift completion. The base rate without perfect attendance is 18/hour. Shifts Part-Time, Various Shifts Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week) Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
