We are seeking temporary support from an individual who possesses a drive and commitment to deliver state-of-the-art vehicles where quality and performance is second to none.The RoleAs a Temporary Manufacturing Parts Assembler, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of part changes including part makes, part sub-assemblies, part reworks and part revision changes.Assignments include containments, repairs and re-working non-conformant parts.You will be working within a structured, process driven production system following detailed instructions ensuring a consistent product, delivered on time, every time.You will ensure that your work area within the factory is kept clean, professional and presentable at all times.You will help improve both the product and the process, striving for efficiency while maintaining top quality.Basic QualificationsPrior hands-on experience with delicate and expensive materials.Prior hands-on fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment is neededMust be experienced and comfortable in using all major hand, cutting and trim toolsMust have the ability to follow verbal and written instructionsStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredMust have solid Microsoft software experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet deadlinesMust be able to work well with others and possess a strong ability to adapt and adjust within a fast-paced environmentPay Range$27 - $37 USDWhat We Offer:Holistic Compensation Package: Enjoy a world-class compensation package that includes a competitive salary, equity plan, and discretionary results-based incentive bonus opportunities, ensuring you're truly valued for your contributions.Wellness and Time Off: Embrace a healthy lifestyle with paid vacation, sick time, and company holidays, including a year-end shutdown to recharge.
