Travel Ambulatory PACU Registered NurseSeeking a Travel Ambulatory PACU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract. This is a day shift position from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekends are not required. Candidates must possess experience in ambulatory settings and pre- and post-operative care. Experience with Phase I PACU is essential. Strong skills in patient monitoring and medication administration are necessary. Ability to recognize and manage dysrhythmias is required. Proficiency in conducting pre-operative assessments and obtaining consents is important. Familiarity with Epic documentation system is preferred but not mandatory. This position involves administering emergency medications and managing narcotics. Candidates should have the ability to support patients recovering from anesthesia and provide appropriate discharge instructions.
