IMMEDIATELY HIRING – Night Shift Automotive Fleet Technician | Lexington, KY

Location: 396 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY
Pay: $28.00–$35.00/hour + $1.00/hour Night Shift Differential (Up to $36.00/hour)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

As a Night Shift Automotive Fleet Technician , you'll service delivery vans and DOT-regulated fleet vehicles while working in a stable, safety-focused environment with excellent pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on delivery vans and DOT fleet vehicles
• Complete oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and fluid exchanges
• Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform advanced vehicle repairs
• Conduct state inspections (where applicable)
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Training may begin in a Goodyear retail service center before transitioning to the customer fleet location

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience
• Experience performing DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and brake repairs
• Valid driver's license
• Must meet DOT physical requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have DOT Brake Certification or be willing to obtain it within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• ASE Certification(s)
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics
• Electrical and air conditioning repair experience
• Fuel and ignition system diagnostics
• Road testing experience
