Daytime Donut Baker

Description Baker Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Donut Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of baking techniques, and a creative flair for crafting delicious donuts. The Donut Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of donuts, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every batch. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and Baking: Measure and mix ingredients to prepare doughs and batters according to recipes. Roll, cut, and shape dough to form donuts. Operate and monitor baking equipment, such as ovens and fryers, ensuring proper temperature and timing. Fry, bake, and decorate donuts with glazes, icings, sprinkles, and other toppings. Quality Control: Inspect donuts for quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Adjust recipes and processes as needed to maintain product quality. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices. Clean and sanitize equipment and tools after use and or at the end of your shift. Requirements Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary or baking certification is a plus. Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Pay: $18-22/hour The hours may vary depending on scheduling with other staff. Must be 18 years or older to apply.
