Occupational Therapist

We are seeking multiple Part-Time Occupational Therapists for in-person school-based positions Gladstone, OR . This position is 2 days per week. Responsibilities Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services. Conduct comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility or re-evaluations. Provide timely documentation of therapy sessions. Develop and implement IEPs and attend IEP meetings. Requirements Occupational Therapist (OT) License. Experience as a direct member of IEP teams as an OT. Experience conducting assessments as an OT.
