The Utility associate is responsible for restocking retail and kiosks locations, transporting product from shared kitchens to restaurants, and providing timely, accurate, and friendly support to other team members. Whether working in an on‑trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first‑class experiences for the traveling public. Duties and Responsibilities Embodiment of a positive company image through courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members with a smile. Passionate guest service and continuous commitment to excellence. Maintaining a professional company image by adhering to all grooming and uniform guidelines, including slip‑resistant shoes. Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, and use of correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA regulations. Ensuring equipment is clean and in working condition; reporting any issues to management. Coordinating with kiosks and shared kitchen to keep grab‑and‑go product well stocked and available for sale. Loading cart with products from the shared kitchen and stock areas and ensuring quick and efficient delivery to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores. Maintaining stock areas, ensuring product rotation, performing light maintenance, removing trash and garbage to designated areas, and assisting team members with stocking as needed. Compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulations, including food‑safety regulations. Assisting in receiving product and properly storing inventory immediately. Performing other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, Certifications High School diploma or GED required. Experience in a high‑volume or fast‑casual dining restaurant environment preferred. ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred. Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations. Experience with proper chemical handling. Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment. Ability to work in a high‑energy and demanding environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members. Ability to work unsupervised for extensive periods and demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers. Position Qualifications Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team‑oriented environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English. Strong self‑motivation, leadership, and organizational skills. Positive interpersonal skills. Self‑starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations. Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances.
