Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - 3x12 Hour Shifts

Schedule

This is a contract position with an emphasis on flexibility, requiring a rotation between day (0700-1930) and night (1900-0730) shifts. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, summing up to 36 hours. Additional requirements include:

• A minimum of 48 hours of night shifts every four weeks
• A commitment to 24 hours of Friday shifts over a four-week period
• A commitment to 48 hours of weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) in a four-week schedule
• Availability for every other holiday during the contract period
• Potential for reassignment to PICU or one-on-one patient care as needed

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of nursing experience to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, compassionate, and skilled in managing diverse patient needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention

Required Experience

Candidates must possess:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
