Senior Principal – Consumer Products, Retail and Logistics Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant with a Consumer Tech background in the Consumer Products, Retail and Logistics sectors. Salary Range: $210,000 - $256,667 Responsibilities Bring deep expertise across Consumer Tech segments such as: Digital-native brands and platforms Consumer electronics and connected devices Omnichannel commerce and D2C models Subscription and ecosystem-based business models Advise clients on: Product innovation and go‑to‑market strategies Digital commerce and customer experience transformation Platform/data monetization and ecosystem partnerships Supply chain agility and fulfillment transformation Client Relationship Management : Build and foster professional relationships with senior and C‑level client executives, understand client business situations, and advocate on behalf of the client’s best interests. Opportunity Identification/Creation : Create and identify multi‑million‑dollar opportunities within existing and new clients using industry knowledge and emerging market insights. Engagement Delivery and Management : Provide intellectual leadership and active participation across portfolios, review progress, intervene in critical situations, and ensure business value is realized. Proposal Development : Lead teams in preparing large proposals and program plans, articulate the value proposition, refine financials, and present proposals that compel clients to engage Infosys. Contract Negotiation : Prepare for negotiations on terms and conditions, analyze deal probabilities, and secure approvals to close deals in a timely manner. Talent Management : Attract, develop, and retain top consulting talent to build the next generation of Infosys leaders. Recruiting : Plan headcount distribution, identify skill gaps, interview candidates, and shape the institution’s employer brand. Operations : Define and implement strategies for competitive positioning and operational discipline to enable practice growth. Business Planning : Prepare account plans, estimate sales potential, and identify key clients and collaborative opportunities. Knowledge Management : Author and contribute to intellectual capital to improve client service and promote a culture of knowledge management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Business strategy and technology consulting experience within the Consumer Products, Retail and/or Logistics sector at large consulting firms Business value creation to support client initiatives Knowledge/experience with Digital Business Transformation, CX/Commerce Strategy, Retail/CPG Operations and/or Supply Chain Management 11 years of management consulting experience within the Consumer Products, Retail and/or Logistics sectors, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience Large transformation program management in complex environments Executive presence and clear communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to travel extensively Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
