Clinical Pharmacist

Norwalk Hospital Association in Norwalk, CT seeks a licensed pharmacist for inpatient hospital pharmacy. You will process and verify medication orders, ensure safe dispensing, and support clinical pharmacy activities. Responsibilities include patient counseling, regulatory compliance (USP 797/800), and mentoring pharmacy technicians.
