Front Desk Sales Coordinator – Part Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded front desk sales person (Wellness Coordinator) to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. If you’re passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, this is the opportunity for you.

No chiropractic or healthcare experience required — we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
• Presenting and selling memberships and wellness packages
• Managing patient check-in/check-out processes
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
• Maintaining accurate patient accounts using point-of-sale software
• Re-engaging inactive members
• Supporting clinic sales and monthly goals
• Assisting with marketing and community outreach efforts
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization
• Working collaboratively with doctors and team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation required

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday- Sunday: 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay: $14 - $21+ per hour
