Sales Consultant (Bilingual)– EAG Ford Navasota

Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the car-buying process
- Guide clients through vehicle options, test drives, and financing
- Showcase vehicles and explain features, warranties, and benefits to customers
- Follow up with customers and build long-term trust for repeat business
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Negotiate car prices and trade-in values, without compromising customer satisfaction, to support sales and positive financial business outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
- Must be (or become) familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
Education and/or Experience
Fluent in both Spanish and English. Experience and prior sales training are a plus, but not required.
