A day in the life:

• Proactively source resumes from applicant tracking systems job boards and other tools daily.
• Identify qualified candidates for potential placement to built talent pipelines.
• Use creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to find top talent.
• Collaborate with recruiters and/or hiring managers to understand position requirements
• Enter pre-qualified candidates job postings and notes into the companys candidate database.
• Write post and manage engaging job postings across multiple platforms.
• Support recruiting technology initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure compliance with background checks I-9 E-Verify and client-specific requirements.
• Network with online groups social communities and professional networks.

What youll need:

• High school diploma or GED required; prior sourcing or recruiting experience a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication organization and time management skills.
• Communication style thats polished and authentic
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques is advantageous.
• Driven adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic high-energy environment.
