Office Administrative Assistant

Local business seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. In this role, you will act as the contact for our customers and support our sales and technical teams. We are willing to train the right individual. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 18 years of age * At least 6 months experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, and Publisher. JOB DUTIES: * Provide customer service * Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying. * Product ordering * Other duties as assigned Hours * Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch
