Compliance Analyst - Expanding Global Hedge Fund - $180k base, strong bonus + hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding hedge fund. They have been established for a number of years and have had positive returns each year. Having made a number of high-profile front office hires recently, they are now in a position to expand globally across the business. They are looking to hire a Compliance Analyst to support the CCO. This will be a generalist position, covering all aspects of compliance for the business. You will have significant exposure across core, regulatory, and advisory, with additional exposure across legal, operations, and wider teams. They are currently building out global offices, offering the opportunity to gain experience with global regulations – travel to their other offices will also be a possibility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fund with a strong reputation, which is going through an exciting growth phase. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of compliance experience in a buy-side firm. Exceptional candidates from the sell-side will be considered, although a JD is a pre-requisite for the role. Experience with global regulations would be a plus.
