Position Overview The Store Manager which includes for the successful operation and profitability of a Grease Monkey center using customer and employee relations skills, business management techniques, and sound judgment. This is a working sales/manager position. This positions focus is to grow sales of the store. This position requires experience changing oil, installing tires and selling auto services to customers. Heavy interaction with customers is required. Its a working sales position. The more you sell, the more you make The Store Manager position requires an outgoing and smiling personality. The position reviews the manufacturers vehicle recommendations with the customer and completes the oil change. This position sales and installs fluid exchanges, filters and other preventive maintenance items. Additionally, this position sales tires and mechanical work during the oil change process. The better you can communicate the information to the customer in a lucid and easy to understand way via our TRUST process, the more you can make. Responsibilities: Customer Relations , increasing sales and profitability, building a world class TEAM Employee Supervision and Management The Center Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of all employees of the center.
